Requests are handled at the Cloudflare data centre nearest the caller; stored data stays where the table says.
Planned
The API's region list has 4 values: eu, uk, us, ca. Separate deployments for the UK, the US and Canada are planned and not live. Until they are, everyone is served by the EU deployment.
GET /health tells you which region answered: { "ok": true, "region": "eu" }.
