| Cloudflare Email Service | Sends sign-in links, invitations and care alerts from no-reply@notify.elavinya.com. Care alerts leave out personal and clinical details; the person signs in to read them. |
| Secure document links | An agency sends a signed document (for example an SBAR summary) to a GP practice or a safeguarding hub. The recipient gets a link that lasts 7 days, asks for a one-time code by email, opens the document and confirms receipt. No account is needed. |
| Care documents, such as the SBAR summary, can be printed or saved as a PDF from the browser. | |
| Organisation API keys with scopes | An agency's own software calls the API for the agency. See Authentication. |

Simulated on preview only
These run on preview.elavinya.com only, with made-up data. Every screen, document and email that uses one says "Simulated NHS service, test data only". None of them is a live NHS connection, and the production site does not use them.
