Where can we use Elavinya?
In regulated home care in the UK, the EU, the US and Canada.
Do families need to install an app?
No. Families use the web browser on their phone. There is nothing to install.
What if a carer has no signal?
The carer app keeps working. Notes save on the phone and send when the signal comes back.
Who can see a person's notes?
Only people whose role allows it. The person, or whoever acts for them, chooses which family members can read notes.
Does it connect to the NHS?
It is built for NHS MESH, so handovers can go to GP practices. Until a live link is in place, it runs on NHS test services.
How do we start?
